We want you to love your Hatley favorites, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
